How it works

A clear plan before services begin.

01 · Connect

Share your priorities

Tell us the kind of support you need, your timing, and any accessibility needs. Keep your initial inquiry general.

02 · Review

Confirm fit and scope

We review the request and potential conflicts, including existing professional and client relationships. Then we discuss deliverables, availability, format, and fees.

03 · Begin

Agree on next steps

A written scope confirms the services and fees before work begins. Any record review, meeting participation, or follow-up is included only when agreed.

Before we begin

Your questions, answered.

What are the fees?

Fees depend on the services, preparation, and follow-up requested. We discuss fees and provide a written scope before services begin. Contact Learner’s Branch for a proposal.

Can you attend a school meeting?

Meeting participation may be included when agreed in advance, subject to availability and the scope of the engagement. Let us know the meeting date and type in your inquiry.

What kind of advocacy do you provide?

Learner’s Branch provides educational advocacy and planning support. Services do not include legal representation, clinical diagnosis, or treatment. Requests outside this scope may require another professional.

How should I share student records?

Please do not upload or paste student records, diagnoses, or identifying information into the website form. If document review is part of the agreed services, we will arrange the method for sharing records separately.

Can you work with my family if you also work with the district?

We review potential conflicts before accepting an engagement, including existing school, district, and professional relationships. We do not advocate for opposing parties in the same matter. A request with a conflict may need a referral.
